(how it works)

four easy steps

01tell me about you+

You each fill in a questionnaire specifically designed to uncover your style, story and vibe. It tells me more than you'd expect.

02we meet+

A 60-minute virtual branding session where we pull everything apart: your taste, your story, the feeling you want guests to walk into. We untangle the Pinterest overload and find where your two styles meet, so the result feels like both of you.

04you take it everywhere+

This is where it pays off. Your deck becomes the filter for every decision:

your florist
works from your palette and textures, not a Pinterest board
planner & stylist
know the look and the feeling from day one
your stationery
every piece, from save the dates to signs, already has its look
the little details
wax seals, napkins, wine labels, even the pizza boxes
bridal party & photographer
know the colours to wear and the mood to capture

matches the invitation on your guests' doormats

Hand over the deck and watch everything fall into place.

alex & tiffany

a greek love story, told in full

the brief

Two people with a story worth designing around, where they got engaged, their Greek ceremony at an orthodox church, and the reception where they'd celebrate as newlyweds. Every part of the identity was drawn from their own love story.

what I made

Using the fonts and motifs we'd developed together, I built a set of primary and secondary logos, a monogram, and a full stationery suite, all from the same elements, so every touchpoint felt like one considered world.

anna & will

low-key luxe, all their own

the brief

A design-aware couple after something quietly refined, restrained, tactile, and unmistakably theirs. I leaned into texture and a considered palette to make “simple” feel intentional, never plain.

what I made

A complete visual identity handed off as a clear creative direction, ready for every vendor, bridesmaid and mum to build from.

what they said after

“Karen was an absolute dream to work with and was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She has such an incredible eye, but what made working with her even more special was her warmth and infectious energy.”

Wendy & Jimmy, August 2026

“She translated all of our general wishes and visions into a concrete aesthetic that authentically reflected who we are (and wish to be!). Can’t say enough good about Karen!”

Simon & Izzy, June 2027

“What really stood out was how she gently pushed us to explore new ideas, helping us uncover creative possibilities we never would have considered on our own. The result was a collection of designs that felt deeply personal and truly ‘us.’”

Tiffany & Alex, May 2026

“We are always so excited to see an email from you! Overall, we are so happy and in awe of your talents. We’re so glad you suggested photography styles because we were planning for a different vibe entirely. It gave us a lot to think about and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!”

Cicely & Gene, November 2027

“The mood board and colour palette are absolutely perfect! We absolutely love the first draft of the illustrations!”

Anna & Will, August 2027

(the frequently asked questions)

everything you're probably wondering

How long does it take?+

Your brand deck is ready 14 days after your brand session. Any add-ons, like stationery or styling, follow as your plans take shape, so each part arrives when you need it.

When should we start?+

As early as possible. It works best before you've booked most of your suppliers, so you can brief them all with your brand deck.

We've already booked some suppliers. Is it too late?+

No. Your deck briefs every supplier still to come and helps the ones you've booked fall into line.

What happens in the brand session?+

You'll each fill in a questionnaire first. Then we have a 60-minute session where we go deep on you as a couple: your story, your taste and the feeling you're after. We'll also untangle the Pinterest overload and find where your two styles meet.

Do we get to give feedback?+

Yes. Every stage includes two rounds of revisions, so you can see it, react and refine before anything is final. Extra rounds are available if you need them.

What do we actually receive?+

Your brand deck: your wedding vision, named colour palette, illustration style, logo and monogram, typography, tone of voice and guest experience, plus files ready to send to any supplier.

Once your brand is set, you can build on it with add-ons:

  • Stationery, from save the dates to menus and place cards
  • Styling, with direction for your florals, tablescapes, signage and bridal party
  • A supplier style guide, so you know what to look for in each supplier

Can we use the brand for our stationery too?+

Yes. Stationery design is available as an add-on, built entirely from your brand. I can manage printing too, or you can print it yourself.

Do we need a planner?+

Not at all. Your deck works whether you're doing it yourself or handing it to a planner. Either way, everyone works from the same direction.

Do you work with couples outside the UK?+

Yes. Sessions are online and I work with couples worldwide.

What if we don't know our style yet?+

That's exactly what branding is for! Come confused, leave with clarity.
